Tome of Fyendal

1. What the site is

A free, community-run price board for the Flesh and Blood trading card game. It shows TCGplayer price data next to buy, sell and trade posts read from a Discord server's marketplace channels. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Legend Story Studios, Discord or TCGplayer.

2. Information only

• Listings are read from posts automatically and can be wrong or out of date: a card, version, price or condition may be misread. The post in Discord is what counts.
• Prices are information, not advice or an appraisal. Don't rely on them alone for buying, selling or trading decisions.
• Flags and the "Reported before" mark are advisory. "Reported before" means a member was named in the server's watchlist channel; it is not our judgement of anyone. Always check the post and the member yourself before paying.

3. We are not part of any trade

Trades happen between members on Discord. We don't sell anything, handle payments, hold items, verify sellers or buyers, or settle disputes, and we are not responsible for any trade. Use protected payment methods.

4. Using the site

• No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access beyond normal browsing, and no getting around rate limits or security.
• Seller names and links are shown to server members so they can find posts. Don't use them to harass anyone or to contact people outside Discord against their wishes.
• We may limit or block access that breaks these rules or harms the site.

5. Discord sign-in

Signing in uses your Discord account and is also subject to Discord's terms. You can sign out at any time, and you can remove your data and opt out on the My data page. See the privacy policy for what we keep.

6. Credits and trademarks

Flesh and Blood, its card names and card art belong to Legend Story Studios. Card images are served by TCGplayer. Prices come from TCGplayer through tcgcsv.com. Card data comes from the open the-fab-cube dataset. Everything else on the site belongs to Orbital Solutions.

7. Donations

Donations through the Support page are voluntary gifts to support hosting and development, made to Orbital Solutions through a payment provider. They give no perks, features or influence over listings, are not refundable except as the provider allows, and are handled under the provider's terms. Orbital Solutions is not a charity, so donations are not tax-deductible.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Orbital Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, its data or any trade, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

9. Changes and ending

We may change the site, these terms or stop the service at any time. If these terms change, the date at the top changes too; using the site afterwards means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and disputes go to the courts located in Puerto Rico, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
